The Sacred Practice

The most sacred journey is the one to discover yourself

At the age of 13, I met a Burmese monk in Myanmar  that changed my life radically forever and set me on a course of soul searching and a quest for inner peace.  In that one moment, my destiny was set, all it took was the courage to follow my path.  My path would be an intense journey of self-discovery, spiritual devotion, healing, humbleness and a whole lot of surrender.  I’ve never settled for the ordinary - I strive to find the extraordinary, the magic, the mystical reality that connects us all to this amazing journey we call life.

Professionally speaking, I got my Masters in Business Administration when I was 25; worked in the Marketing and Public Relations area for 18 years, while pursing my true calling as a healer.  As a certified yoga teacher, Intuitive Energy Healer, Ordained Spiritual Minister & Founder of Om & Roam - I spend my time working with clients one on one, in group settings and in retreats.  I have the immense honor to be of service for the last 14 years, and holding space for close to 80 clients and students and spanning 3 continents.  I am honored and humbled to do the work I am doing.  I created a company called Om & Roam - - it's a yoga based lifestyle brand and website dedicated to a healthy yoga lifestyle, mindful living, eco-chic adventures & yoga/meditation retreats.    We are all need as much support on the spiritual path that we can get.  I'm here to be your guide.

I am also a graduate (2004) and faculty member of Sacred Path Healing School, in Honolulu, Hawaii.  - Sacred Path Healing (SPH) is a three-year program of intensive study of spiritual awakening, processing, meditation and healing. Upon graduation one culminates ordination and spiritualhealership and earthstewardship.  I consult with local & international businesses on yoga & mindfulness by curating retreats & workshops.   Currently I am a PhD Candidate at the California Institute of Integral Studies in Philosophy and Women's Spiriuality.  (

I have been a meditation practitioner for over 20 years.  I have practiced in monastic and retreat centers including:  Thich Nhat Hanh Monastery, Spirit Rock Meditation Center, Tassajara Zen Mountain Center, Palolo Zen Center, Hawaii Vipassana Center and Myanmar (Burma) Vipassana Center.  I am a graduate of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program.  A 2-year professional training program for teaching Mindfulness.  This program is lead by Jack Kornfield, PhD and Tara Brach, PhD and the certificate is issued by the Awareness Training Institute and UC Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center.

May your path be one of immense self devotion, illuminating light and soulful peace,

Blessed be and Namaste,
